Terms & Conditions

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This ensures we can offer the slot to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. Cancellations made with 24 hours' notice or less will incur the full treatment cost.

Each appointment may be rescheduled only once. Any further changes will result in the appointment being cancelled and charged in full. These terms apply to all bookings, including pre-paid packages and courses.

All pre-paid courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Treatments within a course must be taken within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

Any unused treatments remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited without refund. We encourage clients to schedule their remaining sessions well in advance of the expiry date.

Appointments can be made via our secure booking system at that-time.co.uk. Bookings are confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduling terms are met. Academy consultations and training enrolments are managed separately via Calendly.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment.

Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in your appointment being shortened or, in some cases, cancelled, with charges applied in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Refunds are issued only where required by law. No refunds will be given for completed treatments, or where you're unhappy because of personal preference rather than a problem on our side.

Each case is reviewed individually, and we are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and promptly.

It is your responsibility to let us know about any health conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking before your appointment. We always do a full consultation before your treatment to make sure it's the right fit for you.

Some treatments may not be right for everyone, depending on your health history. Amy-Lucy Clinic reserves the right to gently decline a treatment if we feel it isn't suitable or wouldn't be safe for you.

You must be 18 years or older to undergo any injectable or advanced aesthetic treatments. Proof of age may be requested before treatment is carried out.

AL Clinic (Essex) LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page and will apply to all future bookings.

We encourage clients to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
