We are delighted to share that Amy-Lucy has been shortlisted for Educator of the Year at the Beauty & Aesthetics Awards 2026. Here is what that recognition means for our students.

We are thrilled to announce that Amy-Lucy has been shortlisted for Educator of the Year at the Beauty & Aesthetics Awards 2026. To be named among the finalists in a national awards programme is a genuine honour, and it belongs as much to the students, past and present, who have trusted the Academy with their training.

What the Award Recognises

Educator of the Year celebrates the people who teach aesthetic treatments: the trainers who equip students with safe technique, honest business foundations, and the confidence to look after real clients. It is judged on the quality of training, the support given to learners, and the outcomes those learners go on to achieve.

Being shortlisted means the Academy's approach, small group teaching, hands-on practice on live models where appropriate, and ongoing mentoring after the course ends, has been seen and valued by the industry.

Why Education Sits at the Heart of the Academy

Training was never an afterthought here. After years of treating clients, teaching felt like the natural next step: passing on the standards, safety practices, and clinical judgement that make the difference between a treatment that works and one that disappoints.

Every course is built around that principle. You learn the anatomy and the products, you practise the technique until it feels natural, and you leave knowing how to price your work, consult with clients properly, and grow safely as a practitioner.

What This Means for Our Students

An award shortlisting is not the goal in itself, it is a reflection of what our students go on to do. Many arrive with no experience at all and open or grow their own treatment rooms within months. Others are qualified therapists who come to add body sculpting, fat dissolving, or advanced skin treatments to their menu.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an established practitioner, the teaching is the same: patient, practical, and honest about what it takes to build a career you are proud of.

Thank You

Thank you to every student who has trained with us, and to everyone who took the time to support this nomination. The awards take place in 2026, and we will share the outcome here in the Journal.

If you are thinking about training as an aesthetic practitioner, take a look at the Academy training courses, or start with the Elite Foundation Course if you are new to the industry. We will talk through which route suits your experience and your goals.
